By downloading and using Collection Vault, you agree to these Terms of Use.
Collection Vault grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Free Version: You may create up to 2 collections with unlimited items.
Premium Subscription ($4.99/month):
Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Apple ID Account Settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except where required by law.
You retain all rights to your collection data. Collection Vault does not claim ownership of any content you create in the app. Your data is stored locally on your device.

Collection Vault is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Market values provided by eBay integration are estimates only and should not be used as the sole basis for financial decisions.
Collection Vault and its developers are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
